We build production-quality software for both B2B and B2C companies, in places where off-the-shelf tools don't fit. The work ranges from internal pipelines to customer-facing production systems, each shaped to a specific operation rather than to a generic market. Much of the work involves non-trivial R&D — problems whose solutions don't exist at the start of an engagement. The team takes them on, builds through the unknowns, and delivers a system that runs in production.

Contract development

What a contract engagement delivers is a working system in production — not a deck, not a prototype, not a proof. The engagement starts with a thorough planning process: analyzing the end goal, mapping the operational context, and producing a detailed written plan before any code is written. From there, the build runs as a phased program — a short paid pilot to prove the technical approach, a fixed-scope build to deliver the working system, then a support arrangement to keep it running. Deliverables are concrete and testable at every stage.

Consulting

Consulting engagements are for companies trying to make sound technology decisions in a field that produces a new wave of AI tools every few weeks. Knowing which of those models and approaches actually work for a specific operational problem is increasingly hard to figure out from the outside. Our work involves auditing operational workflows, separating real capability from marketing claims, evaluating which AI / vision / 3D tools are production-ready for the use case at hand, and producing a written technology roadmap that clients can act on with internal teams or external vendors.
