3D Foundry Labs is a bespoke R&D software studio building agentic AI, 3D, and computer vision automation. The firm works workflow-first — mapping each client's existing process before writing code — and ships production systems for jewelry, SaaS, and industrial clients.
3D Foundry Labs was founded by us — Eliran and Tal. We met as high school friends in Israel, both went to the Technion to study engineering, and have spent over 20 years each in imaging and software since — about half of them working together. Eliran focuses on the business and product side; Tal runs technology and remains, by his own description, a die-hard multidisciplinary builder.
The story of why this firm exists is short. A few years before we started it, we were working on the early frontier of generative AI applied to 3D. The technology was advancing at extraordinary speed, but we kept noticing how rarely it was actually being used to solve operational business problems. People kept asking us if we could build things — bespoke tools, automation pipelines, custom AI systems — that we could have confidently built, but that didn't fit inside our day jobs. The pattern was hard to miss: there was a category of software that needed to exist, and almost nobody was building it.
We founded the firm in 2024 to fill that gap. The scope has expanded well beyond what we started with — agentic AI workflows, generative AI for content production, computer vision pipelines, photorealistic rendering, enterprise software modernization — but the core principle has stayed exactly the same. Take the technology that genuinely works, customize it to a specific operational problem, and deliver software that runs in production for years afterward.
The team is deliberately small. Engagements are hands-on. The work that ships is the work we're directly responsible for, and that's the way we want it.
